6. Blockchain Data

Cryptographic hashes of shipment data are anchored to the Polygon blockchain for integrity verification. These anchored hashes:

• Are immutable and publicly verifiable on the blockchain
• Contain only cryptographic commitments, not raw shipment data
• Cannot be deleted or modified once confirmed
• Prove data existed at a specific time without revealing contents

7. CCPA Rights (California Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected about you
• Access and obtain a copy of your personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to delete the information.

11. International Data Transfers

Ibero.pro is headquartered in the United States. For EU data transfers, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and maintain adequate safeguards as required by GDPR Chapter V.
